Everyone is a creative, it's in there, it may have been crushed or never nurtured but it's in there! I love seeing people blossom using creativity, movement, massage and energywork, meditation, art journaling or anything that ignites that inner knowing and connection to their higher Self. Massage Therapy
Thirty years of experience in therapeutic massage, craniosacral, meridian work, ccuppressure, and energy work allow me to work in an ecclectic way to meet the client where they're at and give them a custom treatment tailored to their unique needs. No cookie cutter massages here.
Energy Healing
I bring in Reiki, Polarity, chakra and energy work to restore your inner balance creating physical and emotional health overall.
Creative Workshops
I facilitate workshops and retreats that are directed at the specific needs of the group, whether it is for grief, substance use disorder, burnoutf, empowerment, that is custom tailored for you. I combine movement and creative processes to assist in whole hearted healing.
Yoga
Onsite and offsite yoga classes offered. Many times in combination with ongoing retreats, art workshops or solely purposeful yoga practices in vinyasa, hath, yin and restorative. I've done sessions geared to yoga through the scripture and also yoga through the 12 steps. Anything's possible for any and all experience levels.
